Bouquet Subscription Policies 

Important Information for CSA Members


We use the terms “bouquet subscription” and “consumer supported agriculture (CSA)” interchangeably. 


Communications

We send email reminders to CSA members the day prior to their scheduled pickup date. By providing your email upon purchase, you are added to our mailing list. 


Bouquet Pick Up

Your flowers will be available at the location you selected at the time of your purchase, on your pre-scheduled pickup dates. Please note your pickup dates and respect the hours and guidelines set out for each location. 

When you collect your bouquet, please verify your name appears on the list and place a check mark beside it. 

Due to the intensity of the growing season, and the logistics involved in scheduling bouquet deliveries, we are unable to make exceptions for individual schedules. 

If you are unable to pick up your bouquet, please request that a friend of family member do so on your behalf. 

No refunds will be made for missed pick ups.

 

Cancellations

Upon purchasing a bouquet subscription, you are making a commitment to supporting our farm for the season. Your financial contribution supports the success of the farm and we appreciate that in becoming one of our CSA members, you understand the importance of your commitment

That being said, we understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of your share. In such a case, please reach out to us in order to work out an arrangement (partial or full refund, based on the circumstances).
